DELIVERY TERMS

You will become our costumer after your order is completed and we do our best to satisfy you.
 
DELIVERY TERMS
 
  • If the items are sent to the costumer address we will charge the costumer delivery and packaging ČR: 140 - 185,- Kč, for bigger items 249,- Kč, Slovak republic: 400,- Kč, for bigger items 500,- Kč.
  • The delivery fee can be adjusted by the distance of the country the goods are dispatched to.
  • The delivery fee outside of the Czech and Slovak republic will be calculated by the weigh and the delivery place. The total amount in an order will be confirmed via email by our staff. Then we ask to settle the amount to our bank account. Once we get the money the order will be sent to the delivery address and you will be informed when the order's been dispatched.
  • If we have the items in stock, we will send them to the costumer address at latest 2 working days after we received the order.
  • All the items we send by courier or post (unless provided otherwise) you receive them at latest 24 hours after order confirmation is given by our operators.
  • If the items are not in stock, we will inform the costumer immediately by e-mail or phone.
  • ° The bigger items will be sent by shipping company PPL and smaller items by post.
